The Research Team
CycADS has been developed at the Université de Lyon in a collaboration between the UMR203 INRA-INSA de Lyon Biologie Fonctionnelle des Insectes et Interactions (BF2I) and the Baobab team at UMR5558 LBBE CNRS UCBL1; both groups are member of the INRIA Bamboo team.
The Gene Ontology data were prepared by the Centre for Genomic Regulation of Barcelone. 
The databases generated using CycADS are hosted at the Pôle Rhône-Alpes de Bioinformatique (PRABI).
