The ArthropodaCyc database
ArthropodaCyc, a database dedicated to the arthropod's metabolism reconstruction
The genome sequence for several arthropods is available and a lot of genomes will be sequenced in the near future. CycADS was successfully used to generate AcypiCyc and we decided to apply its metabolic reconstruction workflow to the arthropod's available genomes.
ArthropodaCyc opens the way to comparative studies to better understand the different aspects of the arthropod's biology.
