Understanding biomolecules assemblies with rheology
The French Group of Rheology, under the auspices of the European Society of Rheology, organizes the de Gennes Discussion Conference on February, 2-5. The division's researchers working on understanding the mechanical properties of the complex multi-scale organisation of materials such as composite gels, emulsions, foams, films and biomaterials, have designed a leaflet to present their works and results, and also to address issues related to these topics
